Product Information
Trifluoroethylamine is an amide compound that belongs to the class of quinoline derivatives. It can be synthesized by the deuterium isotope effect in palladium-catalyzed coupling with a carbonyl group. Trifluoroethylamine has also been shown to react with sodium carbonate and hydrochloric acid to form natural compounds, such as 1,4-benzoquinone. The intramolecular hydrogen bond between trifluoroethylamine and hydrochloric acid is one of the key features for its anti-inflammatory properties. This compound has been shown to bind to integrin receptors on inflammatory cells, resulting in reduced inflammation.
