2,3,4,5-Tetrafluorobenzamide is a fluorinated molecule that inhibits angiogenesis. It is an amide with antiangiogenic properties that can be used in the treatment of inflammatory diseases and cancer. Tetrafluorobenzamide has been shown to inhibit protein synthesis by inhibiting the function of enzymes such as amine oxidase and esterases. This drug also has anti-inflammatory properties through inhibition of prostaglandin synthesis.
