Description:

2,3,5,6-Tetrafluorobenzyl alcohol is a synthetic pyrethroid that is used as an insecticide. It has low detection in urine samples and does not react with other chemicals to produce false positives. The reaction selectivity has been demonstrated using electrochemical methods for chlorinating the analyte to form a chloride ion. The analytical method is based on the reaction yield and system of the inorganic and high detection reagents. 2,3,5,6-Tetrafluorobenzyl alcohol has been shown to be effective against Sprague-Dawley rats and can be used as an insecticide for agricultural purposes.
