Description:
4-[4-(Trifluoromethyl)phenyl]-pyridine (4-FPP) is a covalent, crystalline composite material that has been shown to stabilize high temperature materials in the range of 200°C and above. 4-FPP can be used in various polymer chemistries, such as polyurethanes, as well as in techniques such as microstructure research. 4-FPP has been shown to provide excellent interfacial adhesion when combined with other composites and can be used to produce covalent, crystalline composites with a variety of different metals.
