Description

N,N,2-Trimethyl-3-[2-(Trifluoromethyl)Phenothiazin-10-Yl]Propan-1-Amine is an analog of vitamin B12 that has been synthesized with fluorine. It has been shown to have antipsychotic and antidepressant effects in animal models. The drug has also been found to be effective in treating cancer and infectious diseases. N,N,2-Trimethyl-3-[2-(Trifluoromethyl)Phenothiazin-10-Yl]Propan-1-Amine's mechanism of action is not yet known. However, it may inhibit the activity of the protein FoxO1, which regulates cell growth and apoptosis.
