Product Information
Imidazo[1,2-a]pyridine-3-carboxamide is a small molecular weight compound that is being investigated for its potential as an anti-tuberculosis drug. The affinity values of this molecule to the TNF receptor have been determined using a computational method. In addition, computational studies have shown that this molecule may be able to bind and inhibit the activity of other molecules that are involved in inflammatory diseases and cancer. This molecule has also been shown to inhibit growth factor production by binding to the protein kinase C (PKC) enzyme.
