(11aR)-(+)-10,11,12,13-Tetrahydrodiindeno[7,1-de:1',7'-fg][1,3,2]dioxaphosphocin-5-phenoxy (R)-ShiP is an arylboronic acid derivative that can be used as a reagent to synthesize chiral phosphoric acid derivatives. It has enantiomerically pure phosphorus ligands and is prepared by the reaction of arylboronic acids with phosphorus trichloride in the presence of lithium chloride. The synthesis of this compound was found to be more efficient than other methods. The compound is characterized by its high yield and high optical purity.
