Description:
N-(3-Aminopropyl)-4-methylbenzenesulfonamide (AMPBS) is a drug that has been shown to have anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects. It binds to copper ions, which are found in the active sites of proteins such as COX-1 and COX-2. AMPBS has also been shown to have an effect on protein structures and assembly, as well as on the density of proteins.
