Product Information

Name:
1,2,4-Triazolo(4,3-B)pyridazine
Description:

1,2,4-Triazolo(4,3-B)pyridazine is a heterocyclic compound that belongs to the class of carbonyl groups. It has been shown to have potent cytotoxicity against cancer cells in vitro and in vivo. The modifications of 1,2,4-triazolo(4,3-B)pyridazine include the introduction of a carbonyl group at position 2 and an N-methyl group at position 3. This modification leads to the formation of two isomers: (1S)-1,2,4-triazolo(4,3-B)pyridazine and (1R)-1,2,4-triazolo(4,3-B)pyridazine. These isomers are further modified by replacement of the methyl group with a linker and then adding a molecule containing an annexin moiety. This modification causes significant cytotoxicity against cancer
