Product Information
Etoricoxib D4 is an antineoplastic drug that inhibits the growth of tumor cells. It is a synthetic bipyridine compound that inhibits glutamate-induced apoptosis in tumor cells and has shown anti-tumor properties. Etoricoxib D4 can be used to inhibit tumor cell growth in vitro and in vivo. The bioanalytical method, assay, and spectrometer are used to determine the concentration of etoricoxib D4 in plasma after oral administration. In pharmacokinetic studies, it was found that etoricoxib D4 has a low volume of distribution (Vd) and a short elimination half-life (t1/2). Etoricoxib D4 is metabolized by CYP3A4 enzymes into its active form, etoricoxib, which is a prodrug that acts as an inhibitor of cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) and 5-lipoxygenase (5LOX
