Description

Didecylmethylamine is a quaternary ammonium salt that is used as a conditioning agent in hair. It has the ability to break up the fatty acid bonds on hair, making it easier to comb out. Didecylmethylamine is also an amine and has inorganic acid properties. It also breaks down or absorbs radiation, which may be due to its adsorption mechanism. It can remove glycol ethers and other chemicals from water with its hydroxyl group and chloride properties. Didecylmethylamine has an active chemical of hydrochloric acid.
