Product Information
- (Acetylacetonato)(bicyclo[2.2.1]hepta-2,5-diene)rhodium(I)
- Acetylacetonato(Norbornadiene)Rhodium(I)
The compound is a ligand that reacts with alkylacetylenes to form an organometallic complex. The compound has been shown to be an efficient catalyst for the polymerization of norbornadiene and cyclooctatetraene. This ligand has also been used in the transfer of chloride from chloroform to protonated solvents, such as tetrahydrofuran, in order to monitor the equilibrium constant of this reaction.
The 6-Fluoro-3-indoxyl-beta-D-galactopyranoside is a drug that belongs to the class of rifamycins. It is the most active of the rifamycins for the treatment of tuberculosis. Rifapentine inhibits bacterial growth by binding to DNA-dependent RNA polymerase, thereby preventing transcription and replication. The high frequency of human activity has been shown using a patch-clamp technique on human erythrocytes
