Description

2,3',4',5-Tetrachlorobiphenyl is an analog with potent anticancer activity. It has been shown to induce apoptosis in human cancer cells and inhibit tumor growth in Chinese hamsters. This compound is also a potent inhibitor of protein kinases, including those involved in the regulation of cell growth and differentiation.
