- Ethyl 3-nitriloalaninate
Ethyl 2-amino-2-cyanoacetate is a diazonium salt that is synthesized by reacting ethoxycarbonyl chloride with hydrogen chloride. It has been used as an intermediate in the synthesis of n-oxides, which are important for their stability and resistance to nucleophilic attack. Ethyl 2-amino-2-cyanoacetate is also used to produce murine leukemia cells and other synthetic molecules. Additionally, it can be produced by hydrolyzing ethyl cyanoacetate with hydroxide solution or sodium hydroxide solution.
