Product Information
Tris(dimethylamido)gallium is a heavy metal that has been used in the synthesis of nanowires and polymers. It is also used as a catalyst for the polymerization of amides. Tris(dimethylamido)gallium is an organometallic compound with a crystalline structure and can be found in many different forms, including powdered form or as nanowires. The melting point of Tris(dimethylamido)gallium ranges from 150-170 degrees Celsius. It can be dispersed in various solvents, such as water or ethanol, at various flow rates and concentrations. In addition, it can be produced by reacting magnesium with trimethylanilinium chloride in the presence of ammonia gas at temperatures between -20°C to 25°C.
