Description:
4-[(2-Aminoethyl)amino]-2-(2,6-dioxo-3-piperidinyl)-1H-isoindole-1,3(2H)-dione is a potent inhibitor of voltage-gated potassium channels. It blocks the delayed rectifier K+ current with an IC50 of 2 nM. 4-[(2-Aminoethyl)amino]-2-(2,6-dioxo-3-piperidinyl)-1H-isoindole-1,3(2H)-dione has been shown to be a ligand for the NMDA receptor and the glycine receptor.
