E3 ligase ligand-linker conjugates 21 is a recombinant protein that is used as a research tool for cell biology and pharmacology. It is a recombinant antibody fragment that has been modified with a linker to form an E3 ligase ligand-linker conjugate. This protein binds to the cytosolic domain of the estrogen receptor (ER) and to the amino terminus of the ER, but not to the DNA binding domain. It also binds to peptides within the ER. The binding of this protein may inhibit or activate ion channels and modulate neurotransmitter release.
