3-Chloro-1H-pyrazolo[4,3-b]pyridine is a metabolic disorder drug that belongs to the group of amides. It has been shown to be an anticancer compound and can be used for the treatment of cancer. The amide form of 3-chloro-1H-pyrazolo[4,3-b]pyridine has been shown to inhibit the kinase activity of du145 cells and can be used for the treatment of autoimmune diseases, cirrhosis, and inflammatory diseases. The crystalline polymorphs of 3-chloro-1H-pyrazolo[4,3-b]pyridine have also been shown to have antipsychotic effects in patients with psychosis.
