Product Information

Name:
4-Pentynoic acid succinimidyl ester
Description:

4-Pentynoic acid succinimidyl ester is an integrin receptor-targeted drug that can be used for the treatment of cancer. This drug is complementary to the sequences of integrin receptors, which are found on the surface of cells. 4-Pentynoic acid succinimidyl ester has been shown to bind to a number of human serum proteins and may have potential as a therapeutic agent for complementarity mismatches. It also has a protonated form that may interact with glycan groups on cells and inhibit cell growth by interfering with DNA replication. This drug also inhibits cancer cells in microcapsules and has an inhibitory effect on single-stranded DNA.
