Product Information
3-tert-Butylsulfanyl-pyridin-4-ylamine (3BSAP) is a hydrocarbon that has been used as a photopolymerizable and trimerizable monomer. It reacts with thiourea to form an arylalkyl group, which can be used as sealant or metal alkyl. 3BSAP is soluble in sulfur, but insoluble in hydrocarbons, due to its aromatic nature. The compound absorbs light at wavelengths of 365 nm and 400 nm. 3BSAP is sensitive to light and should be stored in dark containers.
