3-(Difluoromethyl)-6-methyl-7H-[1,2,4]triazolo[3,4-b][1,3,4]thiadiazine is an anticancer agent that inhibits the activity of the enzyme neuraminidase. It has shown to be effective against leukemia cells and virus. 3-(Difluoromethyl)-6-methyl-7H-[1,2,4]triazolo[3,4-b][1,3,4]thiadiazine also is a potent inhibitor of cancer growth in experimental animals.
