Product Information
3-Phenyl-1H-pyrazole-5-carboxamide is a small molecule that modulates the activity of kinase receptors. It has been shown to inhibit the kinase receptor and its downstream cellular pathways, including mitogen activated protein kinases (MAPKs) and phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase (PI3K), in vitro and in vivo. 3-Phenyl-1H-pyrazole-5-carboxamide inhibits tumor growth in mice with pulmonary fibrosis and cancer, as well as functional groups that are involved in the regulation of cell proliferation, differentiation, or apoptosis. This small molecule is a probe for tropomyosin receptor kinase, which may be due to its ability to bind to discoidin domain 1 (DID1).
