Product Information
NMDI14 is a recombinant protein that is designed to create neoantigens. It is a fusion protein consisting of the extracellular domain of the T-cell antigen receptor (CTLA-4) and the transmembrane domain of human CD80. NMDI14 has been shown to induce tumor regression in mice when introduced into the nasal passage. This drug also induces autophagy, which may be due to its ability to stimulate primary cells or co-stimulatory molecules such as PD-L1. NMDI14 can also induce apoptosis, which may be due to its ability to terminate transcription by binding with RNA polymerase II and then preventing it from moving along the DNA strand.
