Product Information
LB-100 is a cell-specific drug that has been shown to inhibit the growth of cancer cells in vitro. This drug has also been shown to have an antitumor response against bowel disease and inflammatory bowel disease, as well as an anti-inflammatory effect. LB-100 is a dinucleotide phosphate that has been activated by radiation, which increases its potency. The activation of LB-100 may be due to its ability to bind to nucleic acids and inhibit the synthesis of DNA or RNA. It has also been shown to have a pharmacological effect on meningioma and cervical cancer cells in vitro.
LB-100 is a low potency drug that inhibits the synthesis of DNA or RNA by binding to nucleic acids, but does not induce apoptosis or necrosis.
