Product Information
CaCCinh-A01 is a Ca2+ channel inhibitor that is able to activate chloride channels in the ventricular myocardium. It is a potent inhibitor of the P2Y receptor, which mediates the release of inflammatory mediators. CaCCinh-A01 has been shown to inhibit cellular hyperpolarization, membrane depolarization and intracellular calcium concentration in gland cell models. CaCCinh-A01 also inhibits collagen production by cells.
