Description:
1,3-Bis(4-bromophenyl)propane-1,3-dione is a chiral organic compound that has been used to study the effects of irradiation on the rate of chemical reactions. It is a fluorescent molecule that can be used for the detection of metal ions and other compounds. 1,3-Bis(4-bromophenyl)propane-1,3-dione is sensitive to changes in pH and temperature and can be used as a sensor.
