Description:

1-(2-Chloro-phenoxymethyl)-1H-pyrazole-3-carboxylic acid methyl ester is a novel compound that has been shown to have an anticancer effect. It has been shown to inhibit the growth of cancer cells. This compound also inhibits the proliferation of the virus that causes influenza and other respiratory diseases, as well as the growth of nervous system diseases such as Parkinson's disease, Alzheimer's disease, and Huntington's disease. 1-(2-Chloro-phenoxymethyl)-1H-pyrazole-3-carboxylic acid methyl ester may be effective in treating inflammatory diseases due to its inhibitory effect on prostaglandin synthesis.
