Rosuvastatin calcium is a statin drug that belongs to the group of HMG-CoA reductase inhibitors. Rosuvastatin is a racemic mixture of 3S,5S and 3R,5R stereoisomers and has been shown to have cholesterol-lowering effect in humans. The sample solution was prepared by dissolving rosuvastatin calcium in methanol and then diluting it with water. The calibration curve was performed using solutions of substances at different concentrations and injecting them into the liquid chromatograph. After running for 2 minutes, the detection wavelength and detection method were used to measure the concentration of rosuvastatin.
The result was recorded as mg/mL (molecules per milliliter).
