HA15 is a monoclonal antibody that binds to the ubiquitin proteasome and blocks its function. It has been shown to inhibit the endoplasmic reticulum-associated degradation of adrenocortical carcinoma cells, which may lead to cancer cell death. HA15 also inhibits the activity of dna methyltransferase inhibitors, autophagy, and viral life. This drug also has an effect on influenza virus replication by blocking viral RNA synthesis.
