Description:
5,7-Dichloroimidazo[1,2-c]pyrimidine is a palladium-catalyzed cross-coupling reaction inhibitor that has been shown to be an effective inhibitor of tyrosine kinase. It binds to the indole ring of the pyridine and inhibits the enzyme activity by blocking the active site. 5,7-Dichloroimidazo[1,2-c]pyrimidine has also been shown to inhibit spleen tyrosine kinase activity in vitro. This drug was found to be a potent inhibitor of cross-coupling reactions catalyzed by palladium.
