A 419259 trihydrochloride is a cytotoxic agent that binds to activated lymphocytes and stimulates the release of perforin, granzyme B, and other cytotoxic proteins. This drug has been shown to be effective in treating cancer by conjugating with monoclonal antibodies against various types of cancer cells. A 419259 trihydrochloride has also been used as an immunoconjugate for the treatment of angioimmunoblastic lymphoma and guanine-induced pathogenesis in mice. The drug has not been tested on humans but its effectiveness in animals is promising.
