3-(3-Methoxy-phenyl)-1H-indazole (1) is a synthetic compound that belongs to the class of saccharomyces cerevisiae strain, functioned, sublethal, response element, mammalian cells, cerevisiae strain, chloride, assays, calcineurin inhibitors. The compound has been shown to have antifungal activity in a yeast assay and to inhibit the synthesis of calcineurin by binding to the response element. However, it has not been tested in mammalian cells or animals. 3-(3-Methoxy-phenyl)-1H-indazole (1) is also categorized as an ancillary drug for fluconazole.
