3,4-Dimethylphenyl-2,6-dihydro-3-(1H-pyrrol-1-yl)-5-[(2S)-2,6-dimethylpyrazin-2-yl]pyrrolo[3,4-c]pyrazol-5(4H)-one is a potent activator of the slow inactivation state of the human Kv1.1 potassium channel. It also has been found to be a selective inhibitor of the human recombinant α7 nicotinic acetylcholine receptor.
