3-Ethyl-4-methyl-N-(2-[4-[([[(4-methylcyclohexyl)amino]carbonyl]amino)sulfonyl]phenyl]ethyl)-2-oxo-2,5-dihydro-1H-pyrrole-1-carboxamide is a potent inhibitor of the kinase apomorphine. It has been shown to inhibit the growth of human cancer cells in vitro and in vivo, and it is a promising candidate for the treatment of various types of cancer. This compound also inhibits the activity of glimepiride, a drug used to treat diabetes.
