Product Information
1-Benzothiazol-2-yl-1H-indole (1BTI) is a heterocyclic compound with a benzothiazole and an indole ring. It is structurally related to a variety of other heterocycles, including imidazoles, oxazoles, isocyanates, isothiocyanates, and pyrroles. The synthesis of 1BTI can be achieved by reacting 1H-benzo[d][1,2,3]triazole with 2-aminophenethanamine. This reaction produces the corresponding oxime in addition to the desired product.
