Product Information
- Azetidine, 3-(3-methoxyphenoxy)-, hydrochloride (1:1)
3-(3-Methoxyphenoxy)azetidine hydrochloride is a muscarinic antagonist that is used in the treatment of Parkinson's disease. It binds to the acetylcholine receptors on nerve cells and blocks the action of acetylcholine, thereby inhibiting its effect on the muscles. 3-(3-Methoxyphenoxy)azetidine hydrochloride has been shown to be effective in animal models of Parkinson's disease, and was also found to have an amination process that can be scaled up for industrial production.
