Product Information
4-Chloro-5-methoxy-2-methylaniline is a structural modification of the amino acid phenylalanine that has been shown to have inhibitory properties against kinases. This modification has been observed in fibroblasts and xenografts, as well as in molecular modeling studies. In addition, 4-chloro-5-methoxy-2-methylaniline has been found to have clinical trials for the treatment of cancer. 4CMM was modified with cyclic linkages to increase stability and inhibit tumor growth, which was observed in Ski 607 mice models. Modifications to the molecule were made analogously to other compounds that are already on the market for use in cancer therapy.
