Product Information
Rhodamine 800 is a fluorescent dye that can be used for the detection of antibodies in human serum. Rhodamine 800 fluoresces when it is excited by light and has an excitation maximum at 590 nm and an emission maximum at 612 nm. The fluorescence can be detected with a photomultiplier tube or a fluorescence detector. Rhodamine 800 can also be used to measure mitochondrial membrane potential, as well as physiological activities such as autoantibodies or radiation. This dye is often used in analytical chemistry, where its detection sensitivity is important.
