Description:
(S)-(4-Isopropyloxazolin-2-yl)ferrocene is an asymmetric catalyst in organic synthesis. It is a chiral, planar organometallic compound that contains ferrocene. This compound is soluble in ether and toluene, but insoluble in water. (S)-(4-Isopropyloxazolin-2-yl)ferrocene can be used as an asymmetric catalyst for the synthesis of various alcohols, amines, and other organic compounds.
