Methyl 2,3,4-tri-O-benzoyl-6-O-tert-butyldiphenylsilyl-a-D-galactopyranoside is a custom synthesis of an oligosaccharide with a CAS number. It is an Oligosaccharide that is modified with Methylation and Glycosylation. The chemical modification of the saccharide moiety was achieved through Click chemistry using a triarylphosphine and methyl iodide followed by protection with tert butyl diphosphate.
