Description:
3-[3-(3,6-Dichloro-carbazol-9-yl)-2-hydroxy-propyl]-thiazolidine-2,4-dione is a synthetic small molecule that binds to the acetylcholine receptor and blocks the activation of ion channels. This prevents the transmission of nerve impulses and may be used as an inhibitor in research and development. 3-[3-(3,6-Dichloro-carbazol-9-yl)-2-hydroxy-propyl]-thiazolidine-2,4-dione has also been shown to inhibit ligand binding to peptide receptors.
