Product Information
- 4-(9H-carbazol-9-yl)aniline hydrochloride
4-(9H-Carbazol-9-yl)aniline hydrochloride (4ACA) is a potential organic semiconductor material. It has been shown to be soluble in chloroform, benzene, and toluene. 4ACA has a constant optical potential of 0.3 V vs. SCE at 293 K. The electrochemical properties of 4ACA are dependent on the solvent used in the experiments and can be changed by thermal treatment or by addition of acetone. 4ACA is insoluble in solvents such as acetone, but can be dissolved in other solvents such as chloroform or benzene.
