Chrysophanol 8-O-glucoside is a sesquiterpene lactone, which is a natural compound. Chrysophanol 8-O-glucoside also has a significant effect on mitochondrial membrane potential and induces activation markers in vitro. This compound can be used as an anti-cancer agent with the help of monoclonal antibody against EGFR.
