Product Information

Name:
Dysprosium(III) carbonate tetrahydrate
Synonyms:
  • DysprosiumcarbonatetetrahydrateREOwhitepowder
  • Dysprosium(+3) Cation Tricarbonate Tetrahydrate
Description:

Dysprosium(III) carbonate tetrahydrate is a ketone of boronic acid. It is an inorganic compound that has been shown to be a good boronic coupling partner with palladium as the catalyst. The steric properties of the dysprosium(III) carbonate tetrahydrate are well suited for the Suzuki-Miyaura reaction. This ketone has been used in the synthesis of metallocene. The reaction yield for this ketone is generally low, but can be increased by using a steric stabilizer such as trimethylboron or methylaluminoxane.
