Description:

2,6-Diamino-9-(2'-deoxy-2'-fluoro-β-D-ribofuranosyl)purine is a nucleoside that is synthesized from 2,6-diaminopurine and 9-(2'-deoxy-2'-fluoro-β-D-ribofuranosyl)adenine. It has been shown to be an anticancer agent and antiviral agent in vitro. This nucleoside is also used as a phosphoramidite for the synthesis of DNA, RNA and other nucleic acids. The chemical properties and physical properties of 2,6-Diamino-9-(2'-deoxy-2'-fluoro-β-D-ribofuranosyl)purine are similar to those of other nucleosides.
