Description:
2,5-Diamino-4,6-dihydroxy pyrimidine is a pyrimidine derivative that is synthesized by the reaction of methyl amine with phosphorus oxychloride. This compound is an inorganic base that reacts with formamide to give 2,5-diamino-4,6-dihydoxy pyrimidine.
