Description:
1,N6-Ethenoadenosine-5'-triphosphate sodium salt-10mM aqueous solution is a nucleoside phosphate. It is an antiviral compound and anticancer agent that has been shown to inhibit the replication of DNA by inhibiting the synthesis of RNA. This drug has also been shown to be a potent activator for the synthesis of DNA and RNA in vitro. This novel monophosphate derivative was synthesized from 2-aminoethanol, adenosine 5'-diphosphate (ADP), and triethylamine.
