Product Information

Name:
ML-030
Description:

ML-030 is a red blood cell (RBC) marker to detect the presence of myeloid leukemia. It is an antibody that binds specifically to RBCs and can be used to diagnose the disease by detecting the presence of myeloid cells in the blood. ML-030 has been shown to be effective in identifying cells with a high concentration of myeloid cells, such as those found in acute leukemias. The marker can be used for clinical diagnostics, with a sensitivity of greater than 90% and specificity of more than 95%. This antibody is also suitable for use on bovine serum, which eliminates the need for human serum. Fluorescence analysis can then be performed using ML-030 antibodies to bind the RBCs and identify them under a microscope. This method is capable of achieving high resolution down to 10 microns, which allows for patterning and optical analysis.
