Product Information
C-Myc Inhibitor II is a novel inhibitor of c-Myc transcriptional activity. It inhibits the proliferation of hematopoietic cells and has been shown to be effective in animal models of leukemia, lymphoma, and myeloma. C-Myc Inhibitor II also inhibits the growth of human tumor cells in culture. This drug inhibits the expression of genes related to cell cycle regulation, lipid metabolism, and DNA replication. C-Myc Inhibitor II binds to ATP levels, which may account for its ability to inhibit muscle cell proliferation.
