Product Information
Ibrutinib is an activator of Bruton's tyrosine kinase (BTK) and a ligand for BTK. It has been shown to have cytotoxic effects on cells. Ibrutinib binds to the ATP binding site of BTK and inhibits its kinase activity. Ibrutinib also interacts with a number of other proteins, including ion channels, cell biology, antibody, protein interactions, and peptides. The IC50 value is 1 nM for its inhibitory effect on BTK.
